Hotel Club Yebo Rooms

My room was right by the pool. It was very close to the beach, although I had to walk a few blocks to find an area to rent a lounge chair and umbrella. There was a beach chair in my room which I could have carried to the beach. Room was spacious.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to shift us to the 1st floor with the 1 bed apt for our day 2. This made up for the fowl smelling day 1 experience on the ground floor suite.

The location was minutes walk to everything. The maids did a great job of cleaning the roomI loved the private balcony

There was no one at the property when I went to check in. It was only 4 or so in the afternoonI was to be in an upgraded room but the room was smaller than I had stayed before. Not just the room size but also the bed size. They tried to say the tools are the same, but they are not. I’ve stayed here before and prior to being converted to a hotel, rented an apartment there. Even though I put the sign on my door for it to be cleaned (I did wait 3 days) I had to go and find someone to clean the room on day 4. It took the whole day for them to bring me clean towels, which I had to find someone and ask again There is absolutely no one on the property or security after dark. Very unsafe. The street is not busy so it is a perfect place for someone to wonder onto the property. No security gate in place. The entrance is very poorly lit which is scary since they have no one on the property I am a solo traveler, but know Playa very well, I felt unsafe at night.I think they water down the shampoo because it would not even bubble in my hands let alone in my hair The shower head was nothing more than a trickle. Yes, I know water pressure in Playa is a luxury, but this one hardly worked I have stayed at this property before and it is in a great location and has such potential to be a very nice little hotel. They just need to take a little more care all around. The pool needs to be cleaned daily. They seem to wait until it gets cloudy before doing anything. Noticed that on my last visit

The staff were great: friendly and responsive. We appreciated their recommendations for where to eat. The room was a good size and the chair and couch were comfortable. Liked the table and chairs on the little patio. The small swimming pool is in good condition. Nice to have a little fridge. Only a block from the beach and from 5th. avenue.

Very nice place, cosy and big room with a balcony and hammock. We liked the small kitchen in the room as well. Great place, nice garden, pool and friendly stuff. Exceeded our expectations.

It is very close to 5th avenue, but at a quiet area, restaurants bars and a shopping center only a few minutes walking from the hotel.

Balcony, good air con, central location, free filtered water.

Central location, yet not too noisy. Property was clean and room facilities were very good with little kitchen and even cooling box to take to the beach.
